S4S/Square Mouldings
McClung’s can produce any size S4S (square stock) moulding from 1/8” to 3-3/4” thick and ¾” wide to 10” wide, with custom sizes available. We offer plain sawn S4S in any species and have access to many rift and quarter sawn options. We offer runs in lineal feet, pieces, or cut-to-length specifications.

Reproduction Mouldings
Whether you are replacing rotten trim or trying to maintain the historical quality in a new addition, McClung’s can help. We take samples of existing moulding and create exact replicas for interior and exterior spaces. We have reproduced mouldings for historical projects such as the Homestead, Old City Hall of Richmond, the Greenbrier, Virginia Tech, Virginia Military Institute, Hampden-Sydney College, Roanoke College, and many more. Radius Mouldings
McClung’s can produce radius wood moulding to match any straight moulding profile. We can work off a template or any CAD drawing to produce an exact match. We offer radius moulding in either solid wood or MDF if single piece installation is preferred. Our Thermwood CS45 CNC router with a 5’ x 10’ bed can handle most any project.
